Important notice (read carefully): By purchasing a ticket, entering the site, or participating in any activity connected with Deliverance (the Event), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (Terms). These Terms include important limitations of liability and risk warnings under New South Wales law.

1. Definitions

  • Event means Deliverance, including bump‑in/bump‑out, onsite camping and any associated programs or activities.
  • Organiser means WYTALIBA RISING INCORPORATED (ABN: 64 166 146 637) and its officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents and insurers.
  • Patron/you means any person who purchases a ticket, enters the site, or participates in the Event.
  • Site means all land, waterways and facilities under the Organiser’s control for the Event.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Entry to the Site is conditional upon acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, the Event’s published policies (e.g. FAQs, maps, safety notices), and all lawful directions of the Organiser and security personnel.

3. Tickets, Wristbands & Entry

3.1. Tickets are valid only for the person named or the bearer (as applicable) and for the dates/times stated.
3.2. Tickets and wristbands are void if tampered with, reproduced, shared contrary to conditions, or obtained from unauthorised sellers.
3.3. The Organiser may deny entry, eject, or remove any person for non‑compliance, disorderly conduct, intoxication, suspected illegal activity, safety risk, or to protect amenity.
3.4. Searches of persons, vehicles, bags and camps may be conducted at entry and at any time on Site. Refusal may result in denied entry or ejection without refund.
3.5. Re‑entry may require a valid wristband and photo ID. Lost, removed or tampered wristbands will not be replaced.

4. Minimum Age & ID

Unless stated otherwise, the Event is 18+. Valid, current photo ID (government issued) is required on request. If the Event is designated all‑ages or mixed‑ages, minors must be accompanied by and remain in the care of a responsible adult guardian at all times.

5. Program Changes

Line‑ups, set times, programming, vendors, facilities and Site layout are subject to change without notice. Such changes do not entitle a refund or other compensation unless required by law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Patrons must not:

  • Engage in abusive, violent, discriminatory, harassing or otherwise anti‑social behaviour.
  • Damage, deface or interfere with property, flora/fauna, fencing or signage.
  • Enter restricted/closed areas or ignore safety signage and instructions.
  • Operate unauthorised sound systems, lighting, generators, drones or fireworks.
  • Light fires (including campfires) or use stoves/BBQs where banned (see §8 & §11).
  • Swim or enter waterways contrary to signage or directions (see §10).

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

The following must not be brought onto the Site (unless expressly permitted in writing by the Organiser or permitted by law):

  • Illicit substances; drug paraphernalia; nitrous oxide.
  • Weapons or items that could be used as weapons (including knives, lasers, pepper spray).
  • Fires of any kind; fireworks, flares, explosives.
  • Glass containers; projectiles; aerosol paint; markers for graffiti.
  • Drones/UAVs; professional‑grade filming/recording gear unless accredited.
  • Generators, fuel, gas bottles (other than small camping canisters in permitted areas and subject to fire ratings).
  • Large umbrellas, shade structures or marquees outside approved camping areas.
  • Animals (except certified assistance animals).
  • Outside alcohol where not permitted by licensing conditions; open containers in prohibited zones.
  • Any item the Organiser reasonably deems unsafe or disruptive.
    Items may be refused at entry or confiscated and not returned.

8. Fire Safety, Cooking & Smoking

8.1. Total Fire Ban: The Organiser may declare a Site‑wide fire ban at any time and/or comply with RFS/authorities.
8.2. Cooking devices, fuel and gas may be prohibited or restricted and only used in designated areas with adequate clearance.
8.3. Smoking/vaping is only permitted in designated areas and away from fuel, structures and crowds. Dispose of butts responsibly.

9. Camping, Vehicles & Parking

9.1. Camping is permitted only in marked areas. Keep access ways clear.
9.2. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas and are not permitted to move during lock‑down periods. Observe speed limits, directions, and zero‑tolerance for drink/drug driving.
9.3. Sleeping in vehicles may be prohibited unless in designated zones.
9.4. The Organiser is not responsible for vehicles or contents.

10. Waterways, River & Swimming – Risk Warning

10.1. The Site includes a river and natural waterways. Swimming is not recommended. There are no lifeguards and water conditions may include cold temperatures, depth changes, currents, submerged objects, slippery banks, sudden drop‑offs, contamination, and wildlife.
10.2. Patrons must not enter the river or any waterway where signed or directed not to do so.
10.3. If you choose to enter or be near any waterway, you do so at your own risk, must supervise children, avoid alcohol/drug use near water, and comply with all instructions.
10.4. The Organiser is not liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from entry to or use of waterways or participation in any water‑related activity, to the extent permitted by law (see §17).

11. Recreational Activities & On‑Site Extras

11.1. Any optional or third‑party activities (e.g. workshops, yoga, art builds, hiking, cycling, swimming, river activities, rope swings, jumping from heights, use of hammocks/slacklines) are undertaken at your own risk.
11.2. The Organiser does not provide instruction, supervision or equipment unless expressly stated. Participation is voluntary and participants must ensure activities are suitable for their abilities, health and conditions at the time.
11.3. The Organiser is not liable for third‑party providers’ acts/omissions. Separate terms may apply.

12. Health, Medical & Accessibility

12.1. You must consider your personal health, including potential exposure to loud sound, strobe/laser lighting, dust, heat/cold, uneven terrain and extended walking/standing. Use hearing protection.
12.2. On‑site first aid may be available; however, response times can vary. In an emergency call 000 first where safe to do so, then notify staff.
12.3. If you have a medical condition, bring required medication and make staff aware as appropriate.
12.4. Accessibility needs: contact the Organiser in advance to discuss reasonable adjustments.

13. Drugs & Alcohol

13.1. The Event upholds a strict no illicit drugs policy. Police may be present.
13.2. Alcohol service (if any) will comply with licensing conditions and RSA. Intoxicated persons may be refused service or ejected.
13.3. BYO alcohol may be prohibited or limited by area. Follow signage and staff directions.

14. Environment & Waste

Respect the land. Use toilets, bins and recycling points. Do not litter, burn waste, or contaminate waterways. Leave no trace.

15. Lost Property

Lost property should be handed to Information/Security. Unclaimed items may be disposed of after a reasonable period. The Organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.

16. Photography, Recording & Privacy

16.1. By entering the Site, you consent to being photographed/recorded and to the use of your image/likeness in Event materials and media worldwide without compensation, to the extent permitted by law.
16.2. Professional commercial recording requires prior accreditation.
16.3. The Organiser will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and any published Privacy Notice.

17. Liability, Risk Warning & Indemnity (NSW)

17.1. Risk Warning (Civil Liability Act 2002 (NSW)): Participation in the Event and any associated recreational activities involves obvious risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, collisions, exposure to loud noise, lighting effects, weather, wildlife, water hazards, illness, and the actions of other patrons. Injury, illness or death may result. You acknowledge and accept these risks.
17.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), the Organiser excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury or death you may suffer in connection with the Event, the Site, the waterways (§10), and any recreational/optional activities (§11), except to the extent caused by the Organiser’s negligent act or omission that cannot legally be excluded.
17.3. Where liability under the ACL cannot be excluded, it is limited (at the Organiser’s option) to re‑supply of services or the cost of re‑supply.
17.4. You indemnify the Organiser against all claims, loss, liability, damage, costs and expenses arising from your acts or omissions, breach of these Terms, or participation in prohibited or unsafe conduct, except to the extent caused by the Organiser’s negligence.

18. Refunds, Cancellation & Force Majeure

18.1. Tickets are non‑refundable except as required by the ACL or if the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled.
18.2. The Event may proceed in adverse weather. Bring appropriate clothing and shelter.
18.3. The Organiser may cancel, curtail, relocate or reschedule the Event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g. extreme weather, natural disaster, fire bans, public health directions, safety/security issues, site access issues) without liability for consequential loss. If rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date(s). If cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds will be made in accordance with the Organiser’s announced process and applicable laws.
18.4. Booking fees, merchant fees and ancillary costs (travel, accommodation) are not refundable unless required by law.

19. Complaints & Incidents

For complaints or incident reports, contact Event staff on Site or email the Primary Contact within 14 days of the Event end date with details and any evidence.

20. Vendors, Contractors & Volunteers

Third‑party traders, contractors and volunteers must comply with these Terms and any additional agreements, licences, inductions, insurance and safety requirements imposed by the Organiser or authorities.

21. Variation of Terms

The Organiser may update these Terms at any time. The latest version posted to official channels applies from publication. Material changes during the Event will be communicated via signage or announcements where practicable.

22. Severability

If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
